PHYSICAL THERAPY & WELLNESS
Dr. Jess earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences in 2014. She is certified in Dry Needling and has experience in Tool-Assisted Myofascial Release Technique, Post Op-Rehab, Orthopedic Sports Injury, Stroke Rehab, Women’s Health, Vertigo, Vestibular Rehab, Pediatrics, and Spine Care as well as Chronic Headache/ Migraine management.
Jess is originally from the Boston area but has traveled and lived all over the US. Graduated from Arizona State University in 2008 with. B.S. in Kinesiology. Jess moved to the Fayetteville area in 2016 where she has provided care to active duty service members and their families as well as veterans of all ages. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting as well as the skilled nursing setting. Jess enjoys all types of exercise such as Yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, and Barre. She loves to travel, explore, hike, ski, and is a certified Scuba diver.
