If you receive notice that your payment failed and you need to update your card information, or if you know that is coming soon – please use the link to the right.
Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice. Your account will be cancelled with a prorated charge for the remaining 30 days.
Our memberships include a 6-month commitment. If you request to cancel your membership before the 6th month, your are required to pay your balance.
Membership Hold Request
Membership pauses are not required, however we try to work with everyone for special circumstances. These requests require a 15-day notice and typically include skipping the next payment, etc. This process does not remove the member from their membership commitment.
