Nick Rodriguez


I started CrossFit in 2013. I originally used CrossFit as my strength and conditioning for the sports that I was playing. I continue to do it to try and be the best version of myself! Consistency is key, pushing through those first initial workouts and getting in a routine will show results. With the great community, we have a Haymount, workouts always feel better! My goal is to help everyone with whatever goals they have coming into the gym!
