Are you new to CrossFit?
Don’t worry, we were all new at one point.

We pride ourselves in providing sound, thorough coaching in every class. This approach allows us to welcome any newcomer, regardless of fitness level or experience, into any class. We may modify movements or scale the weight, but anyone can come to our classes and get started with us.

We hope you aren’t still intimidated by the concept, but if you are, we want to ease your mind. CrossFit truly is for EVERYONE. Everyday there are new member stories showcasing every age group and ability level – from 4 year olds to 90 year olds, athletes that have lost 100+ pounds of body weight, diabetic athletes that are beating their disease, and athletes with cerebral palsy.
