Yoga is an amazing compliment to CrossFit or ANY training routine.
It teaches body awareness, something crucial to the proper execution of graduate level skills such as the snatch or muscle-ups. It also promotes and improves mobility and range of motion. As well as, helping aid in recovery after strenuous workouts or added volume in training periods.
We HIGHLY recommend athletes at all levels participate in yoga at least a couple times a week, or whenever possible!
